Associate Professor of Finance, California State University, Fullerton

I am an economist studying how housing markets, real estate finance, urban policy, and financial institutions shape household and neighborhood outcomes. My work lies at the intersection of real estate economics, urban economics, and household finance.

I develop interactive teaching tools for courses in Real Estate Principles and Real Estate Investment Analysis, as well as Housing Market Lab, an interactive platform for exploring housing values, rents, market activity, and cycles across local and metropolitan markets. I co-develop Linguistics Teaching Labs, a collection of activities for examining language through evidence and transparent computational models.

I received my Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 2021.
